Unveiling our first of two cakes for this year’s Mother’s Day. We present our 15-layer Honey Cake, MIEL. This cake is reminiscent of Russia’s classic cake, Medovick, with caramelized honey cake layers, dulce de leche, and sour cream frosting, topped with whipped cream and edible flowers.
